READY OR NOT –- PLAN WHEN YOU CAN, NOT WHEN YOU HAVE TO
YOUR PLAN FOR AGING IN PLACE--A RAPP AT HOME PROGRAM
Do you have a concrete plan for the contingencies that you may face while you continue to age? How will you adapt as your life changes? These questions and many others will be answered by participating in Rapp at Home’s Ready or Not Program.
The Program is organized around a Ready or Not toolkit/workbook supplemented with other resources that pose questions for individuals to answer and discuss in facilitated, small workgroups. For example: What’s important to us? How will we adapt as our life changes? What can we do now to prepare for the future that will be helpful to our families?
During the group conversations, the facilitator guides participants to share stories, to access helpful resources, and brainstorm practical solutions to common problems that may not have been imagined otherwise.
